If you’re running a small business or website, knowing when to post to your social media networks is key. Breaking down information from several studies , we looked for patterns and put together a guide on when to post to the six major social media networks.
If you already have an established audience, there are tools you can use to analyze your followers and figure out the best time to post on Twitter, Facebook, and Google+.
These are basic rules that you can follow for each social media network if you’re just getting started, or to keep in mind alongside the data based on your audience, but bear in mind that while these are the best times to post to your social media accounts, they aren’t necessarily the only times you should be posting as well.

- How often should you post? Post a maximum of 2 times per day or 5 to 10 per week.
